Bespoke Wedding Stationery

With bespoke wedding stationery, your invitations become so much more than a beautiful first impression. Thoughtfully designed and created exclusively for you, they become works of art — treasured keepsakes that capture the essence of your love story and remain meaningful long after your wedding day.

No two love stories are alike, and your wedding stationery should be just as unique. Our bespoke wedding stationery design service is created for couples who are looking for something truly one-of-a-kind — a collection that feels entirely personal, beautifully considered and unmistakably yours.
From the finest details to the overall aesthetic, every element is thoughtfully designed to tell your story and create an immersive experience for you and your guests, from the very first invitation to the moment you say ‘I do’.

Step one

Let’s have a chat

We’ll start with a good old chat about your wedding — what you’ve got planned, the kind of day you’re hoping for, your style and all those little details that are important to you.

It’s a chance for me to get to know you both, hear your ideas and understand what makes your wedding special. Whether you’ve had everything planned for months or you’re still figuring it all out, we’ll take it one step at a time!

Most importantly, there’s no pressure. We’ll simply chat, see if we’re the right fit and start bringing your ideas together.

Step two

Creating your bespoke proposal

Once I know a little more about you and your plans, I’ll put together a personalised proposal based around the stationery you need for your day.

From invitations and RSVP cards to menus, table plans and those finishing touches that pull everything together, we’ll choose what works best for your wedding.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, your date is secured with a deposit and we can get started on the exciting part.

Step three

Gathering the details

You’ll have access to your own client portal where you can share everything I need to start creating your stationery — your wedding details, colour ideas, photographs, inspiration and wording.

This is where we gather all the pieces of the puzzle.

Whether your inspiration comes from the countryside, your family farm, a favourite place, the season you’re getting married in or simply the colours and textures you love, I’ll use those details to create something that feels personal to you.

Step four

Designing something uniquely yours

Now we get to bring it all together.

Using everything we’ve talked about, I’ll create your bespoke stationery design, carefully considering the details that will make it feel like your wedding.

From beautiful papers and print finishes to envelope colours, wax seals, ribbons and other finishing touches, every element is chosen with care.

You’ll receive digital proofs along the way, so you can see how everything is coming together and make sure you’re completely happy before anything goes to print.

Step five

Making it all come to life

Once you’ve approved your designs, the final pieces are professionally printed, carefully assembled and finished by hand.

Every invitation and piece of stationery is checked and prepared with the same care that went into creating it in the first place.

Then they’re ready to head out into the world — giving your guests their first glimpse of the wedding day you’ve been planning.

Have a look at my packages below!

Please note that these packages are intended as a guide to pricing and can be tailored to suit your wedding and individual style. Optional extras, such as coloured envelopes, belly bands, envelope liners and other finishing touches, can be added to make your stationery truly personal. Equally, items can be removed or adjusted to suit your needs and budget. Following an initial consultation, a bespoke proposal will be created to reflect your vision, chosen stationery and specific requirements, ensuring every detail is as unique as your day.
